I am writing this review on behalf of Karen Dorsey. I had a scheduled in person meeting to correct an error of my mother's Trust account as it was incorrectly opened with my brothers name as single trustee even though the Trust calls for both myself and Tom to be co-trustees. Upon my entrance to the appointment, my brother stated "I knew I would have problems when I opened the account" and the employee, Ben Jones, took it on himself to inappropriately insert his biased opinion, and said "and here we are" in a condescending matter. It is not his place to take sides in a complicated family matter when it was the Banks and Tom's negligence to include me on the Trust account from the beginning. I expect an apology on behalf of the Bank in writing and it should include the disciplinary action/ training Ben Jones received for his inappropriate behavior.
Ben helped me release a check that had a hold. He did it no problems and went out of his way! I appreciate the great customer service.
I've been with Wells Fargo for 7 years now. I particularly like this WF branch. The employees are very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. WF has been very helpful at alerting me of fraud and have not held me liable for credit card purchases that weren't mine. They certainly don't have the same rates as a credit union, but the online and in person experience is worth banking with them.
The WORST branch I've ever been to. The employees put on such an obvious fake face and are genuinely disintereted in their customers. Just drive the extra 3/4 of a mile to go to the Trolley Square branch. I promise you it's well worth avoiding these people.
Wonderful people work here and helped me deal with another Wells Fargo branch/employee that refused me service for being transgender. I was taken care of here and filed a report. Thank you!
Poor customer service! Disappointed because I called to confirm that they have foreign cash and when I showed up to exchange my money they wouldn't help me because it was less than 30 min before closing. It would have been nice if they had mentioned the time constraints on the phone. They told me to come back the next day but I am leaving town and that is not an option.
These bad reviews are not true, me as an black American felt very comfortable here they did not judge me , they did everything in there power to rush my card because I was going on my vacation thanks Omar & branch manager so please please Despite these negative reviews . I’m happy to be apart of the Wells Fargo family
Omar is the most pleasant and delightful customer service agent I've ever dealt with at Wells Fargo, or any bank period.
Drive up lane 3 is apparently is deposit only... there isn’t a sign posted. I was told they could cash the check although I’d have to move my car to lane 2. Instead of being so inconvenienced at moving her arm 6 extra inches I was told to switch lanes. This resulted in waiting behind 2 more cars.
Great service all the time! Very friendly and awesome people. Reda is my banker there, he's great. Only good experiences so far.
