I had so many problems with my Wells Fargo account years ago, I closed the account.  However, after my employer offered an incentive to open a WF account, I reluctantly switched over. 

I am SO HAPPY that I did.  The staff at the Horizon Ridge location, in particular, has been so helpful.  I not only feel respected, but cared for, by all the personal bankers there. This experience has been completely improved since my previous one. 

I am a very satisfied Wells Fargo customer.

Staff is rude, both the banker and manager laughed at me when I tried to get my overdraft fees refunded because I had to get a hotel room for the night due to a domestic violence situation, I don't think domestic violence is very funny, but they do apparently

Outstanding customer service.  The representatives are always smiling and friendly as they greet you when you walk into the branch.  Tellers are fast and courteous; they greet you and engage in idle talk as they speedily conduct your transactions. This branch office is clean (inside and around the outside areas) and well maintained.  This branch, by far, has the friendliest and most knowledgeable bank tellers I've seen in a Wells Fargo bank.
