This place is FILTHY and needs to be shut down.  As soon as you walk in, the stench of death overwhelms your senses.  The carpet is smelly, moldy, dirty and disgusting.  The hamburger patties are pre-cooked and sit in a sin-bin till a sucker orders one.  Then you get the hamburger with cold cheese and patty.  The employees look like they just worked at a landfill and have low moral values.   SHUT THIS DUMP DOWN.

I bought a Dave's Double combo meal from the drive through. When I got home to eat it I found the meat patties were not cooked fully. They were pink and uncooked in the middle. Also. They didn't put any napkins in the bag. I called and had to leave a message about the uncooked burger and to pay more attention to their cooking.

Just left left the Wendy's in Woodland Park about 2:45 pm on Monday 8 January. First time through inside went fine...got my baked potato with free senior coffee as ordered. I eat at this Wendys and others because the food is consistent and the atmosphere is generally condusive to relaxation. Second trip for coffee refill was handled cheerfully and efficiently by the boy at the counter. As i was standing at the counter, the chubby boy in the back yelled loudly something to the effect...'hey, we got more hamburgers back here'. I returned to my seat and noticed the folks next to me accidently dropped a cup of water and ice. The Dad picked up the cup but left the water and ice on the floor in the main walkway. Shortly thereafter, the chubby boy [from the back] walked past the spill, acting as if he did not see it. I said to him in my normal tone of voice...'you might want to pick up that ice before someone slips on it'. His immediate sarcastic retort was...'i am on my way to get the mop right now sir!!!!'...my response was...'no offense, but if i were you, i would pick up the ice now and then go get the mop so no one slips on the ice while you are gone.' He turned around and picked up the ice and exited to the inner workings of the establishment. As of about 6 minutes later, he had not returned with a mop. As i exited the store, i noticed 3 employees leaning against the counter chit chatting. There were no customers. I saw trash on tables, frenchfries on the floor, and the puddle of water on the tile floor in the walkway near the counter.
This experience does not change my attitude towards Wendy's. I patronize them 1-2 times per week and usually use the drive thru.
If i were the manager of this store, i would call a staff meeting of all employees and read this letter verbatim to the group. I would then point my finger at the chubby boy [from the back] and say...'and you my friend, must either be good or be gone, shape up or ship out.' I would then pause and look each one of them directly in the eyes...and then say to the group...'are there any questions?'...i suspect there would be no questions, but if there were, i would answer them honestly and to the best of my abilities.
PS...i am entitled to refer to the chubby boy as 'the chubby boy' because i am 'an old fat man.'

This is probably the worst Wendy's in the world.  The drive thru will take at least 20 minutes and your order will be wrong.  Items will be missing.  To top it off, the employees will be ride when you ask for it to be corrected.  Go at your own risk.

This Wendy’s is a busy store and yet they still manage to provide great friendly service. The drive-thru is quick and zippy but if you go inside prepare yourself for a small wait.
