Every time we come and dine here and Roland is here the food is always piping hot,fresh, and  as we ordered it. Also the lobby and restrooms are very clean. Being that we live 35 minutes out of San Antonio and there are other Wendy's locations along the way we favor this one due to the diligence and pride they take in what they do.

Tooo expensive and no one about ongoing tv promotions. Left and did not make purchase. Another customer too. Staff communicating with each othe
r making customers wait to place order. Left new 1st day employee at register by herself. She had to chase after other employees for help. Low in business ethics

Remodeled nicely but quality of food has gone down and the place for being so nice is not being kept up right,  also funny smell where picking up food

I normally choose this location. But this time my order was so messed up. We took the order to go and nuggets and fries were missing. The chicken BLT was not made how i asked for it to be made! I tried calling 5 times but no answer!!
