Average Wendy's food was okay. I came before closing so was clean. To elaborate the drive through is open late just the inside was closed. Got a burger, baked potato and chicken strips. They had no Cesar salads available... Guess because it was late? For a quick drive through its okay. Not the best Wendy's ive ever been at but certainly not the worst either.

Worst service we have had in Tennessee yet. Though mildly polite when eventually spoken to, we sat at the order box/microphone for 5-10 mins for someone to return to take our order. With zero communication of “I’ll be right with you”. After a long silence sitting there, we said ‘hello?!?’  
Then we waited 10 plus mins at the window after paying (no one in front of us) to get two chicken sandwiches.  That was it. One of which was cold. We were nothing short of patient and kind with our interaction but none of this even included a “sorry to keep you waiting”. When handing the food out it was “here ya go”.  Disappointed to see a lack of even basic service or communication.

Manager doesn't stress cleanliness in any way. The bathroom isn't very clean, the restaurant section isn't clean, and when they messed up my order, I brought my burger back for them to fix. The lady took the burger from me, opened it up with her bare hands, lifted up the bun and patties and asked me what was missing. When I told her, she took that same burger back, added the missing condiments, and handed it back to me... 🤢

Absolute horrible visit. The restaurant was completely empty. Stood at counter and ready to give my order for 5 minutes while the employee and his pal chatted about their lives. I was totally ignored and even letting the employee know I'm ready he continued to ignore me. I left and will never return. Stay away unless you have nothing else to do or you just enjoy poor service.

One of the worst Wendy's I've been in. Typically Wendy's is a good fast food restaurant. This one, however, was very slow. Nearly every order was wrong booth inside the restaurant and in the drive through. Impatient customers were standing in line to have their orders corrected. Terrible management.
