IDK how I haven't given this a review yet... I'd give it another 5 star regardless! In short, the food is delicious, the location cozy, the service fast, and the staff engaged. At length, the selection of food rotates with new offerings, though old favorites are always on the board. Costs are very low for the buttered bread, mounds of rice, and scoops of hot tastiness. Whether eating at the warm restaurant or taking it to go, the service is quickly delivered by staff who remember your name months after they last saw you. (I've been here 4 times, 3 in November, this review being written in February after visiting Nashville again.) It can't be stressed enough: Eat here while in Tennessee.

Lived in Lafayette, La. Many years ago and learned to love spicy Cajun food. My wife is from Franklin, Tn. And can't stand extremely spicy food. We both love Tats. Perfect mix on their menu and best of all, you can sample before you order. Great food, great personal service. My favorite place to eat in Franklin. Enjoy.

The service was beyond incredible. We were thoroughly explained the choices on the menu and given samples to help us with our decision. There was nothing sampled that was less than amazing! The food and bread was outstanding. The restrooms were clean and this place would get more stars if they were available to give.

One of my favorite lunch spots in Franklin! Authentic food and friendly staff. Can't go wrong with the Drunken Chicken!

Just ate here for the first time today. I was blown away. On the outside just looks like a Cajun restaurant in a strip mall, but as soon as you walk in the door you can smell the cooking and know it's something special. The manager offered us a sampler plate since it was our first time. Everything was excellent, the flavors were surprisingly diverse, and they aren't afraid of seasoning. In the jambalaya, I could taste habaneros and it really had a kick. That's unusual for the Brentwood Cool Springs area. Theres also a BYOB policy which would be nice at night. You've got to try it!
