Went after a lunch rush, they were cleaning so everything smelled nice. The man who took our order was extremely pleasant. He made extra sure my order was made correctly since I ordered a veggie burger which is a rare thing. He also brought our food to us since there were only two other people in the dining area. Very pleasant experience.

Three out of four visits, some part of our order was not sent out to us. We never once received an apology. The 4th visit we repeated NO pickles and NO cheese on a fish sandwich. Get home and there’s 8 pickles and two slices of melted cheese on it.  Completely done with the Wendy’s off Industrial in Bossier City.

Everytine I come here, they get my order wrong and are always rude. This time, they forgot to put some of my food (that I paid for) in my bag. When I got home, I realized I had just wasted my money. The lady never gave me the receipt or the chance to even ask her for it, actually both of them. They always slam the window in my face before I can even say “thank you”. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received (because it is always so constant) and I will be sure to let people I know to never go here. They won’t even answer the phone.

Fast service, good on checking the order. Their service is why I go, the McDonald's down the street from them can mess up a happy meal order.
