I can't say enough about this staff management n younger associates. Best Wendy's in San Diego County. This place is above n beyond humble n take pride in there food n service. P.S. side not Best Wendy's Chili Ever! Accepts EBT!Food: 5/5
This place is busy but they can handle it. Never had a problem at this location . Did is usually cooked perfectly. Hot and fresh. No squished burgers here. Friendly staff . Lifted spirits. Never the feeling of tense frustration when inquiring about dissatisfaction. If your not satisfied with something . They will fix the situation without issues. So nice for the honest customer. Thank you Parking: Ample parking Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely. Even though not on a totally flat surface. This Wendy's is on a raised ground . There 2 exists for diners.
Food was halfway decent at best. Given it is fast food. I wasn't really happy with my breakfast items. Lunch is always great. Especially their bacon cheddar baked potato. That's really really good. Lots of parking in the parking lot but can get very congested.Food: 3/5
I went in to order because the drive thru line was crazy long and moving slower than a snail. When I went in I had to wait about 30 minutes before my order was taken. There was no one in line except me, they had others who were waiting for their orders which also took them forever to get. Then it took another 20 minutes of waiting for two 6 piece nuggets and a medium fry. By far the worse Wendy's I have been to in my life!
EOrdered the Chicken Bacon BLT Biggie Bag. The sandwich was delicious - and obviously freshly prepared. The chicken was golden brown and crisp on the outside, tender and juicy white meat on the inside. The bacon was also fresh made, with the perfect texture crisp and hot off the grill Yes!! The lettuce and tomato were also very fresh, and the perfect compliment to the chicken patty and the strips of bacon. The sandwich roll was warm and soft and also super fresh - it had not been kept in a steamer. I hope they keep this sandwich as a permanent part of the menu because if they keep serving them at this quality I will be ordering them again and again. Unfortunately they forgot and added salt on my French fries which I had requested no salt. They were also freshly prepared, they tasted good but too salty. I am also becoming a fan of Wendy's chicken nuggets - they are superior in taste and texture to both McDonald's and Burger King, imho. Fail on the iced tea - I ordered the Unsweetened regular brewed iced tea and was given the most syrupy sickeningly sweet tea - I was absolutely parched but the tea was overly sweetened that it was foul, I could barely stand the few sips I took with the meal - I left almost the whole drink - and did I mention, I was parched!! I definitely will never order ice tea again unless I know for certain that it's unsweetened and I like lemon in my tea many places don't offer lemon I hadn't remembered to ask, and we had already driven away before I tasted the tea My friend had ordered a chocolate chip cookie for dessert, when we got to the window we were informed they were out of chocolate chip cookies but would a sugar cookie be all right? My friend accepted the sugar cookie. The flavor was okay, according to her, the cookie was good, and fresh, but she still prefers the chocolate chip cookies.
This place is almost always crowded because the food is good. They have more options than what's on their menu, like 20 piece and 50 piece nugget options. They have strawberry frosties now and they have a few good combo deals. Fresh lemonade for an upcharge.. The fries don't come filled up all the way for some reason.Food: 5/5
No mobile order past midnight. If that’s the case, change your hours on the app. You shouldn’t be allowed to pay for a mobile order, show up to the drive through only to be told they’re not taking mobile orders right now…. SMH
I am addicted to their maple chicken breakfast sandwich. Their breakfast potatoes are also yummy. They currently have a $3 breakfast deal no drink that is a wonderful value. If you haven't had their breakfast, you're missing out.Food: 5/5
Service sucked! Never ever go inside to order food on a friday night! The guy behind the register is more concerned about drive thru customers than taking care of his station and the long line inside! He really needs to work on his customer service skills! Dnt like ur job the quit! Find something else! Maybe u ought to find a job where u work alone and not around people! Or under pressure! Cause u are very rude!
Burger and chili were not very warm. Tasted good but not fresh off grill. Chili not warm enough to melt any cheese on top or mixed in.Food: 3/5
