Service at this Wendy's location is very slow and the staff is not friendly. The bathrooms are absolutely filthy and the furniture where you sit at is very uneven and needs to be replaced badly. I didn't have any problems with my food once I did get it though.

Service is slow, but food tastes good. Prepare to wait if you come inside. There's a drive-thru that seems to be always busy.

So I'm here right now ordered 10 mins ago got it in 2 seconds and i checked it and its been sitting under a heat lamp so i told them can i get a burger that fresh but havent got it yet wtf kind of service is this

Worst service out of all the Wendy's I've been to. I waited in the store at the register 30 minutes before I was acknowledged or my order was taken, then they still didn't get my order right.

Don't go. I've never experienced racism like this before. I'm Hispanic so I really dnt get it as much from black people. But man I felt so out of place. After work me and coworkers went out to eat. Ordered our food and sat down. The whole time the staff was looking at us like if we didn't belong their. I had gotten a fresh lemonade with my meal. After we were done I went to go ask for a refill. I have never had a problem at any other Wendys. They have a customer for life lol. But not this location. They told me I couldn't get a free refill on this so I ask to just get a fountain drink instead. He went back to ask the manager then came back and said no couldn't do it. What made me really mad is when we were sitting I saw another man of their race come in and get a fountain drink with out paying. I paid for my meal that's b's. And before everyone calls me a racist no I have family members that are black so what ever. All life's matter hommie.
