Waited more than 30 minutes in drive through for two sandwiches and an order of fries. That's 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back.

Messed up my daughter's order. Completely. A simple chicken Jr sandwich had bacon, cheese and tomato on it.

This place has an A plus for behind horrible. They downright suck. If they aren't  leaving items you paid for out of your bag they are taking forever to do simple things. No professionalism. Today it took them almost 30 minutes to give me some cheese fries. There was no apology for the wait or anything after sitting in the parking lot waiting for this order. You have to try to be this horrible. There is zero accountability at this franchise

Worst one of them all. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru (5 cars total) and even after 20 minutes they'd only managed to clear 2 cars. Go to McDonald's instead

The service here has taken an extreme dip the last few months. I'm not sure what happened, but the people working the drive-thru need to be replaced. They're slow and don't know how to tell people to wait by the front door for food that takes too long. If it wasn't for the fact that you're blocked into the drive-thru after they take your order I would've left without picking up my order at least 3 or 4 times in the past two months.
