The facility is brand new and has ample parking. Parking is free and traffic is not congested like inner Ann Arbor. Intake and Check Out employees are professional and knowledgeable. Doctors and Nurses are attentive here, unlike some at the main Hospital. There is a higher degree of professionalism at this branch of Michigan Medicine. We have already been fortunate enough to have found a doctor that cares about our individual family's needs. Thank you Nurse Dawn, Nurse Carolyn and Dr. Berglund for listening and for your thorough examinations and treatments. We worry less with you as our team.

I scheduled an appointment here for an issue with my nose and when I saw the doctor, she said I’d have to be seen by a “nose specialist”. So my first visit was a total waste of time and I had to reschedule on a day the nose specialist would be in. I got a call the morning of my appointment saying that it had been cancelled because that doctor called in sick, which is fine, and I can understand that. So, I rescheduled it again and showed up to my appointment only to find out they had rescheduled my new appointment to a different date and time without ever speaking with me. To top it off, they rescheduled it on a day the nose specialist doesn’t even work. The doctor then told me they could get me in with a “general specialist” a couple days away... well, I don’t think it takes a U of M graduate to figure out that the general specialist is going to tell me the same thing, that I need to be seen by a nose specialist. So now I’m out two vacation days and it’s been 4 weeks and I still don’t know whats wrong with me. Highly disappointed!

After a month of calls, emails, messages and an appointment...this place is a HUGE disappointment. I have always, almost always, received excellent within the UMHS. It is hard to believe my last doc office and this one are run by the same health care system. It is unfortunate my doc switched offices.

Doctor persson is amazing. she is a very talented doctor that has helped me out in so many ways with health problems that are rare.
