Recently had a scheduled surgery here. All of the staff made a difficult situation more comfortable. Very glad I chose this facility. Every interaction with staff was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this hospital. In particular I would like to thank Julie, Michael and Maureen. They were all so wonderful to me! I don’t know how to reach out to them and say thank you (or even if I’ve spelled their names right) but hopefully this will reach them. Thanks so much to all of you!

Thank god this emergency room is down the street from me. I brought my son in with a high fever. He is two. They rushed him back and the two nurses one was Brian and the maybe marlin I believe we amazing. Medical and bed side manner far surpassed my expectations. Made me feel better in a crazy situation. The doctor was also everything I could ask for when it comes to care for my son. Thank you west Boca medical for being so amazing and helping my son. There is no other hospital I would want to go to.

My wife and I had our first child at this hospital last week and we greatly regret using this hospital. Didn’t serve us dinner the first evening staying there. Nurses were very rude and pushy. A nurse named Nancy had a serious attitude and treated us horribly. One nurse named Laura told us “your wife and you may leave but your baby can’t until we say so” referring to a dr doing a routine check up and discharge even though he was seen many times and completely healthy. I couldn’t believe my ears! I communicated four different times I wanted to leave by a certain time on Saturday and was told that is fine and that desire was completely ignored when it came time to leave and when we said we are going to leave let us sign what we need to sign and they told us we can’t go. Constant pressure telling us what to do and no honoring our desires.  I didn’t know I was paying money to stay in a prison that doesn’t allow you to leave when you wish... I thought it was a hospital caring for people.

Great caring for kids horrible with adults. But, conveniently close to my house and amazing with my children. On a side note:

Granted I didn't pay this....charged $1,623.39.....it was through insurance but still.....at this visit, I NEVER left the waiting room. Not once. The nurse or P.A. came out, asked me why I was there (car accident), what hurt (answered him), and then got a response of " ok...don't think you need any images at this time and you may have a little whiplash and soreness. Let me go talk to the doctor and see what he wants to do". Left me in waiting room, came back out, "we are really busy. Here's your discharge papers, some prescriptions (which I NEVER EVEN GOT),  and follow up with you doctor tomorrow". AND THIS AMERICA, IS THE BILL FOR NEVER SEEING A DOCTOR, BEING SEEN OR TREATED YET IT BEING WRITTEN DOWN THAT I WAS, AND NEVER LEAVING THE LOBBY.

Everyone was incredibly kind and reassuring. I wish I could adequately express my thanks and gratitude. I’d 100% go there again if an emergency came up. To the E.R staff, y’all did an amazing job thank you for making someone who is deathly afraid of hospitals feel a sense of calmness.

As far as the bad reviews, I know to each their own,  experiences may vary... I need to say how disgusted I was and actually upset that someone called these hardworking people losers.
