I contacted the dealership via their website about a used vehicle. My wife and I recently had been looking for this type of vehicle ( my wife more so than myself). After a few talks and a credit app I was able to drive away in that vehicle with the price I wanted. Very little haggling went into this which was a pleasant surprise. I told them what I wanted my numbers to be and they made it happen. This team will definitely have referrals and a repeat customer. Thank you for such a pleasant car buying experience!

I don't do reviews unless the experience was exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. This time it was EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD.  RJ in the service department could have easily ripped me off and he didn't! I ended up spending $0! And I asked Nate about a used car and he was so very helpful and knowledgeable and genuinely NICE that even though I didn't buy a car today I would go back to him in the future. I was so impressed. It really made my day.

I bought a new rogue from West Hills. Most work was done through email because where I live is about 3 hours away. Dustin is very supportive, patient and quick-responsive. He also delivered the car to our house on Monday evening and we completed the paperwork at home. It only took about 30 minutes. I enjoyed the car purchasing experience with him and the other team members. I would definitely recommend Dustin to all our friends and family.

Bought my new Titan XD from Dustin, very knowledgeable, and made the experience quite nice. So nice in fact I bought a Leaf from him 2 weeks later.
