Family member Bought a car from them and they failed to submit the paper work correctly for the registration. Now the lender is sending request of proof of registration that I can't provide. Feels like they are dragging their feet on this one. I appreciate them providing a rental for him while they straighten things out but getting the paperwork right I feel is a reasonable expectation. He has been paying on a car faithfully since the deal was done and it isn't even registered properly??? Please get your act together!!!!!!!!!!!

I travel every week and this office is the best Hertz location I have experienced. I am in and out of there within 2 minutes and the cars are always clean. The prices at this location are much better than picking up a rental from the PIT airport.

Had a negative experience to start but Vince the GM quickly fixed the problem. Definitely recommend to anyone having trouble getting financed. Gabe the finance guy was awesome and very helpful. Frank the salesman was patient with me while I looked at almost 2 dozen cars.

I rented a 2014 Camry SE on the Rent2Buy program.  Frank was great to deal with.  Absolutely no complaints there.  I decided to buy the vehicle after having the vehicle for a few days.  Because the car had Texas plates, I had to get the car PA inspected within 10 days of the purchase.  I was pretty upset and disappointed to find that the car needed three new tires to get past the inspection... all were down to the wear bars.  I can't believe that Hertz would rent or sell a car in that condition.
