I called the dealership at 9am when they opened to schedule a test drive on a truck and told then I worked until 3pm then had an hour and a half drive there. The salesman text me throughout the day bugging me to try to get there faster. Then started telling me people were calling and wanting to look at it. After 3pm he text me over 30 times while i was trying to drive there saying someone was test driving it at 4pm and that I needed to hurry or it wouldn't be there. When I got there he said someone was financing it but from the "look" of them their credit probably wouldn't go through. I needed up going to car right dodge ram jeep right beside them and purchased an f150 that was a year newer and less miles for cheaper than the one moon two ford had. Definitely a terrible experience dealing with them

I just purchased a 2014 Ford Focus and I was extremely happy with the experience at Moon Township Ford!  If you are looking for a great deal and personable staff, visit today!  My representative, Chris Langham made me feel very comfortable, explained everything in detail, and was very personable.  He took the time to walk me through the process and answer any questions I had.  Again, no matter what experience you have purchasing vehicles, this team goes above and beyond!

This is about the service department. My ford focus broke down and had it towed to moon ford, it took service all day to get back to me what's wrong and they insist I was out of gas and that's the only thing wrong with it? I'm like it's had an engine light and rough idle. They said ok we will try to drive it today and see if that happens, so another whole day later they haven't even driven it and I couldn't get rental through warranty because of this so I had to pick it up at 6 pm yesterday because I have 2 jobs. Today my engine light is back on and they insist they wanted to keep my car for further diagnostic. They aren't even mechanics. I know more than these idiots do. Please do yourself a favor and go to a different ford.

Very professional sales force. Facility is beautiful. I was taken on a tour of the store and then we took a test ride.  I purchased an F150 and drove it home that same day.  Keith and Brian were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for a great experience. I will definitely recommend my colleagues to purchase from Moon Township Ford👍👍

Pricing was better than other dealerships in the Area and the buying experience was exceptional.  My sales consultant Z was knowledgeable and made the pain involved in car buying easy and simple.
