Just had bought a hyundai elantra from north hills auto mall and from the start the vehicle has been so good to me. I have had it for a couple of months now, have had no problems whatsoever. They even inspected it for free when it was up! Couldnt have had a better experience.

Drove an hour to see a particular car and was disappointed to find that the actual lot is far from what their pictures suggest. The "auto mall" is an undersized pile of dirt with a trailer, cars piled up on top of each other, no organization. The car I wanted to see was hidden in the back of the lot with no stickers or anything - and unlocked!! Nobody came out to greet or assist me, but clearly someone was watching, because when I opened the door of the *unlocked* car to check out the interior, an employee screamed at me from a distance to get away. Mind you, I had been doing nothing but scanning the exterior for a solid 10 minutes before I even touched the thing. If they don't want customers looking at vehicles for themselves, it would be a good idea to lock the cars, have someone ready to assist the customers, hell even put a sticker on the thing that says "please don't touch the vehicles" or something. I happily would have obliged, but I was on my own. 
Oh and the car was a lemon, too. Rusty undercarriage, horrible sun damage that the pictures hid, obvious alignment issues based on the wear of the tires. This place is a dump.

We bought a Honda CRV as an additional car, and honestly, I am so happy we went to the Auto Mall!  Joe knows all of his inventory, and we felt special dealing with the owners!  Joe takes extra good care of his clients, even after the sale is completed.

We had a great experience here today. We really needed a decent car for a great price and that is exactly what we found. The guys working there were very friendly and helped us find the right car for our budget.

Our first time ever at North Hills Auto Mall was excellent from the moment we arrived. The car choices and prices are great. The cars and the entire businesss is clean and well kept. We pretty much knew what car we wanted as we had found it on their website. Joe was highly professional and made us a great deal, and didn't waste anyone's time. Despite it being Friday night, he didn't rush us at all either. Ashley was super too and we left with a good deal and what seems to be a very nice 'first car' for our daughter!  Highly recommend you go see Joe!
