These guys are the nicest most professional bike shop people I have ever encountered. Their prices are fair and competitive with online retailers and their mechanical services are superb. Bill and Aaron (the "wrenches") miraculously dislodged a seat post stuck in my frame for a year! Their tune-ups are detailed and well-executed and they have always helped me understand what is best for my bikes. Highly recommended.

They built a frame up for me over the winter and I've been coming back ever since because they awesome service at reasonable prices.

I walked in and I was asked if I needed help almost immediately. The staff are very nice and professional. I came in because I bought a Bianchi super pista frame online and hoped to purchase parts to build on my on. Although they did not carry alot of the things i wished to purchase Rich was very engaging and was there for me 100% of the time. He is a VERY good employee. Rich answered every question I had, was able to sell me parts the store carried and offered to order parts and provide services for my frame. I had gone to Sportiff imports on Lawrence and Central and that place is absolutely terrible!!! If your in the portage park neighborhood and need bike parts and or services please go here first!!! Happy customer!

I think this place is a top off paid 200 to have my bike fixed and he didn't do anything. Then charged me more just to get my back back
