Wonderful couple works/owns this place. Prices are great and they are just great to talk to. I had my inner tube replaced and the guy fixed up my brakes for free. I wish I could explain my experience in concise words but by the time I left I felt like they were family and I had to resist hugging the lady!

Very rude, they chase customers out, they sold me a broken bike, and refused to fix it. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. Rudy's is the better bike place to go. Grand Cycle refused to work on my bike because it was from Rudy's.

When I brought in my bike, all that needed to be adjusted/fixed were my brakes. They told me it would be $25 to fix both the front and the back. A few days later, I got a call saying it was done but they had to mess with the rear wheel because there was a problem with it. The lady didn't go into much detail and said it would come to about $43. I wasn't too happy about that. Whatever, I went in to get it and the brakes were fixed. They then said that the front wheel had to be adjusted and the total came to $30. I was utterly confused but whatever it was cheaper than I had thought it would be. Here's where it gets good. I took my bike for a spin and the gears where definitely not where I left them. I was changing gears and as I rode, I consistently heard clicking. I had never had this problem before I brought the bike to them and I shifted through all gears seamlessly. I brought it back into them and asked them if they had to mess with the rear wheel or gears at all. They said no, but on the phone they said they did. Once again, I was very confused. So I told them I had never had the problem before I brought the bike in and the mechanic pulled out a rosary yelling at me that he swears on his rosary that he didn't touch the gears. I tried to reason with him but he kept yelling and threw me out. Needless to say, I will never be going back there again. Throughout this ordeal, they kept calling me Brian... That isn't my name... At all.... I would not suggest going to the bike shop unless you are severely desperate.
