Nice place to camp if you are a 1000 trails member or even if you're not. We stayed in Feb. Little chilly but the fire pits took care of that. Will stay again. Mini golf, tennis, pool, cabins bathhouses adult game room and more.

We stayed 2 nights mid December. We drove around the campground for 45 minutes trying to find our assigned site with no luck. Signage is very poor. Exit signs are needed! Upon leaving we discovered our in-ground septic tank is full. We have to move camper to another location to empty the holding tanks. We suggest finding another campground.

Stayed here 4 nights in a motor home with reservation through Thousand Trails. What we liked: Convenient location to the Colonial Parkway. The indoor and outdoor pool were nice. The staff was very friendly. The residents were also friendly. What we did not like: It was a bit difficult to find a level "full hookup" spot with good hookups as they are first come first served, not reserved even though we had a reservation. The park was a bit run down with narrow roads and bad pavement. The fishing pond needed to have the gunk cleaned out of it along with the trash and trash can that was in the water. The mini golf was fun but needed to have the greens cleaned.

We had a great experience visiting this RV park. We made our reservations through Thousand Trails. The staff is extremely helpful. We had a blew a fuse when we got there (we arrived late) and the lady who was working the desk opened up the store for us so we could purchase a new fuse. We went during the winter so we didn't get to use the pool but everything looked very clean and well kept. They have a large playground and the kids loved being able to ride their bikes around the park. If you have a dog that runs be sure to keep them on a leash. Our dog got loose and ran straight towards the inner state. That was pretty scary. This location is perfect for outlet shoppers and exploring Colonial Williamsburg.
