First time going & I will return! Drinks had me lit,pretty darn strong. Service was great,our waiter kept coming back asking was we okay do we need anything?!, like a waiter is suppose to do. She even wrote have fun tonight on our ticket!! Once we were leaving all the workers told us to be careful n the rain drive home safe etc. I think Bloom was the name of our server. Great Place. Nice workers

I've never had bad service here until today. When I walked to my chosen booth, I noticed a waitress seated at a booth nearby. We made eye contact. It was not busy but it took the waitress at least 10 minutes to come pick up my ticket. Same waitress who was sitting at a booth doing nothing. Then when she ran my card, the price was DOUBLE what I had ordered. I get it, mistakes happen. But being charged twice as much when you already had bad service is frustrating to say the least. I'll think twice before I come back to this location.

Food is always good when it's the right order. This is my first time at this location and it will be the last. Wait staff took over 10 minutes to grab ticket to put in order for food. It was not busy but the food took forever to come out. I recommended this location for lunch with other people and this location let me down. Willie's in general is an awesome place but not this one

I went here twice and both times I experienced bad service. The first time it wasn't crowded and it was on a weeknight the waiter did apologize for not coming. The second time I went servers made eye contact with me. We waited 20 minutes for them to come get our ticket. I had to walk my ticket to them because no one knew who our server was. Then the people next to us sat down and someone came to get their ticket immediately. I honestly felt invisible and the fact that no one ever came to see if we had been served or tell us that our order was put in. There were servers all around us and not one of them checked on us. I wanted to cry because no one came. I have never experienced service like this and never felt so unwelcomed at a restaurant. A free meal couldn't fix that. I won't eat at this location for awhile. The food was good though that's why they get one star.

Dessert Only - on this visit I only went for dessert. I don't usually eat desserts out but at Willie's I usually do. They have a dessert called Apple Sizzler. It is apple pie, topped with ice cream and a brandy butter sauce served in a hot skillet.  I'm not big on ice cream but this ice cream tasted much like my mom's homemade recipe. The apples in the pie cooked to the right softness, the crust buttery and flaky. Something changed from the last time I was there... The ice cream was not the same, the pie definitely had changed...and even the sauce tasted different. They need to go back to the original. Otherwise its a nice spot, always good customer service..and the food is usually good even their crawfish.
