Peggy is hands down the GREATEST realtor in Spokane.  She went above and beyond to sell our house quickly!  She invested much of her OWN resources and countless hours into our real estate success.  She even cancelled her vacation to spend the weekend looking for a new house with us (after our home sold so quickly!).  Peggy was available to us day and night.  She is quick to respond to your questions, inquiries, concerns, fears, etc.  Peggy is not only fun to be around, she truly has the knowledge and experience that you want and NEED!  She always has a positive attitude and smile on her face, as well as a non-stop commitment to making sure her clients are HAPPY with their purchase.  She makes sure everything is clear, does not hesitate to answer questions, and will fight for her clients to get what they want.  Undoubtedly, Peggy will give you the best experience you will ever have when it comes to buying and selling your home!  On top of all of this, she is genuinely concerned about the community she lives in and “gives back” wherever and whenever possible.  Thank you Peggy!!

My wife and I had to show our home 3 times to a potential buyer because our real estate agent at this office was too busy or too lazy to drive out to our house.  Of course the agent had no qualms about taking the nearly 30K commission.

We were very disappointed in the service we received with this company.  I would never choose this company again.
