Very Rude Misguiding Employees... Will Never Come Back, Nor Recommend To Anyone!!! It's worth traveling somewhere else!!! Well for starters I came to pick up a repaired necklace. I told the lady I wasn't sure if I had my ticket or not so she said I could use my DL's/ID so I gave it to her she searched an searched an I was nowhere to be found in the system/computer so I was asked am I sure I've came in allotted time to get my stuff I was like most definitely to my memory I couldn't pick it up til at least 10-2-16 still nothing so I began to look an needless to say I found my ticket in my purse an they finally found my jewelry. Ok well now it gets worse for starters the quality of repair was not up to standards as I was told when I put it in to be fixed I was told the way it was made you wouldn't be even able to tell it totally not true, so I was told to wait a minute an she would find out about that we'll the nice lady got a totally rude unprofessional young girl to tell me to wait an she would find out, (from the unprofessional repair man outside smoking the entire time) only to come back an tell me that's the best they could do!! So disappointed at this time but yet willing to grin an bare it! Only to go to pay an be completely insulted an embarrassed when using my husband's debit card, I was ask did I have his ID after giving them my name address phone number an even my drivers license... so why would I have his? But thank goodness this one time my husband was with my to go ahead an come in (to which they only wanted ID for) bcus I felt I was being insulted!!! Never Again Though!!! JUST LOOKING BACK OVER MY REVIEWS **UPDATE** Sad part was the owner supposedly attempted to resolve the issue, told me to come in and she would make the situation right by offering a gift card/store credit. I went in twice after that (both was around the holidays) an yet again because I wasn't a customer interested in spending lots of $$$ at the moment (I just needed to speak with the owner or manager) I got completely ignored til I got upset an walked out!!
