Had trouble using the app. Credit card was charged but didn't get confirmation email saying order was ready until the next day! It took three attempts to order. Arrived and waited with nobody else in line indoors for a fall five minutes before anyone offered to help. Food was amazing though.Food: 5/5

Usually this location has the best tasting foods. This time the Extra crispy was ordinary. The mash potatoes and gravy...let's just say...3 out of 10. Biscuits 8. This use to have cars around the block. Hope it turns around...Food: 3/5

I had a coupon for a large mashed potatoes and another large free. I paid for one order, they never gave me my free large side of mashed potatoes. The manager is extremely rude and arrogant, I will never go back,,and other locations are all franchises so they don’t care. Amit Khurana.P.S. There telephone says memory full, so you can’t even call, this is especially bad, since I am handicapped.

KFC have people that no customer service and that is the best way to sell food and it tastes very good and the atmosphere was great  keep it upFood: 5/5

So disappointed after years of coming to this location. There was a promotion that said we would recieve a beverage bucket with a purchase of 12 piece meal or more. I bought a 14 and was told it only applied to 12 or 16. Which would not have been that big a deal, except when i got home the buiscuits were rock hard. I dont even think they were from the day before. This location has always been great but this time they really disappointed.

I work at the Home Depot from them and I go there for lunch almost everyday and the most friendly staff ever I have met.

Every time I have gone there I get some teenager that could care less about their job. My orders always missing something and I have to drive back and like I said, the customer service sucks.Food: 4/5

Order a Nashville Hot Chicken. The taste is good but the seasoning is too much oil.  A Honey butter biscuit is good.

I called to check their thanksgiving hours and they pick up and hangup right away. Ive called multiple times and same thing. They are horrible!!!

Open late, fast service. I got there 45 minutes before closing, so glad they were still open. Service was very fast, and the meal was good. More expensive than it used to be, but inflation is hitting everywhere.
