I ordered pizza it came late and coold they don't except crad the drink it doesn't come and paper they put its  It's rotten you see it at the picture this is not the papa John's I know

Horrible! This isn't the first time this has happend. I order from app and it tells me 35 to 45 minutes ETA. This last time 1 1/2 hours pass by and I call. The unprofessional kid says he has no drivers available. He said I am next though. 2 hours and 15 minutes the pizza gets delivered and everything was cold. And I mean cold not just cooled off a little. Last time ill every order from this place.

Ordered 2 large pizzas online for delivery.  In a nutshell, pizza came after 2 hours and 15 minutes even though the ETA online was 50-65 minutes.  Pizza was cold when it got here. More info:  I ordered online for our kids and Babysitter before we left.  We realized pizza did not get to house in time.  The delivery driver actually called us after 1 1/2 hours to let us know she is sorry and leaving now and will be here in 15 minutes.  She continued to complain how busy they were and how her store was not handling it well.  It took her another 45 minutes to get to our house.  Again, cold pizza.  We left Cypress and arrived in San Diego by the time the pizza came. I called the location the next day and could not get ahold of manager. Called again the day after, was on hold for 15 minutes at 11am.  Finally was told a manager would call me back.  Manager never called.  I called them back that night and employee told me he didn't have time to "deal with me" then refused to give me his name. I called Corporate, spent another 30 minutes on phone giving a report.  After 30 minutes, she told me "Ok, so I'll send them complaint to the franchise location manager to handle."  So it went Full Circle. She ASSURED me it would be addressed and handled within 48 hours.  NOPE, never heard from them.  So I paid, and TIPPED $5, for 2 cold pizzas.  ...and this was not the 1st negative experience with this location since moving into this neighborhood.  I'm done.  Hello Valuetinas, Dominoes and Pizza Hut!!!

Papa John's driver is a genius. Lot completely empty and he parks in the only turning lane to get I to Target.

This is the first time I have ordered from Papa John's and I was not disappointed. I didn't have to wait for long time for my delivery, and you definitely get so much food while the prices stay budget friendly. I also loved how they brought us paper plates and napkins  You have made our family into a loyal customer!

I have to say. Most places were we get pizza are not as good with customer service. But papa John's store store manager was polite and great outstanding service. This makes me so happy to say... this is were ill be coming from. Now on to get pizza. Thanks so much

About 1 and a half months ago, I decided to go to Papa John's to try their Papadia. It was a new item that caught my attention in one of their commercial. I didn't want to spend too much money and $6 for Lunch sounded great. I order a custom made Papadia and looked forward to trying out the new dish. I was not expecting too much considering the price but I was still hopeful. To my surprise it tasted incredible. The crest was crunchy but not burnt, the meats were perfectly cooked to accent the breading. I was so surprised that I opened up the Papadia to look at the ingredients inside. In the commercial I thought that I heard that the Papadia was held together with cheese, but when I looked inside there was no cheese. I figured I must have heard incorrectly. I had to say it tasted better than any calzone I have ever tried. I have had calzone from multiple locations hoping to find an alternative to pizza.  But I could never find a calzone that gave me the satisfaction of a great pizza. Well that all changed that day. Although it is not enclosed as a calzone, It is basically similar food item. So if you are looking for an alternative to a pizza a Papadia is an delicious lunch or dinner while on a budget. However that is only half the story. About 10 days later I purchased a pizza for my dinner. As I waited for my pizza to be ready I decided to ask the manager a question. I told him my story about purchasing the Papadia and that it didn't having any cheese inside of the sandwich. He was shocked and he started to look for my purchase in the computer. He verified that I did purchase a Papadia about 10 days ago. He then informed me that the sandwich should have cheese in it. Now if any of you readers read any of my previous posts you know I write my review on the total experience, Taste, Service, Cost, Cleanliness, appearance and Customer Service. The reason for this review is an example of Exceptional customer service. Once he verified my purchase he offered to make me a free Papadia for my inconvenience. You could tell that he believed me from the beginning of my story. Now he could have offered me a discount or a free side dish but for him to make it right by giving me a free Papadia even after I told him how much I enjoyed the sandwich. Was how places of business should treat their customers. You want that customer to want to return especially now a days. So, if I could give this Papa John's higher than 5 stars I would have given him and his store an even higher score. Customer Service might be a dying art, but there are still people out there that understand Customer Service = Profitability and return customers.

This is my second delivery from them the first one came really quickly but it wasn't done all the way but it had a whole lot of stuff on it more than any other pizza I've ever gotten ...this time, everything was great and they're giving me a free pizza next time to replace the first one. I'm very very happy and my pizza was great and my brownies are great. I highly recommend the spinach alfredo with chicken olives and roma tomatoes awesome Pizza

My experience with this place is that the owner of this franchise refuses to follow California Law and refuses to give you the 2 dollars and change balance on your gift card. This told to me by the night crew, who were more than happy to provide me with his corporate office's phone number. The food  is  fair as is the  attitude of said night crew. But bad leaders breed bad workers.

I tried to order there twice via phone and just got put on hold at 3:30pm. Was on hold for about 20 minutes and gave up the second call.
