No one in store. AFTER I paid they told me it would be 30 minutes. Only 2 online orders there. One person came in while I was there. 3-4 people working. Joking around. Sandwich seemed microwaved, cold in the middle. Fries were half old and cold, and half uncooked and hard.

I had a pickup order yesterday and I placed the order online for pickup that was ready within 21-26 minutes. I arrived there within 26-30 minutes and the cashier with bright red braids was extremely rude and was micro-aggressive. She was overall unpleasant. The cooks looked irritated and one of them was rude when I asked for a side of lemon pepper, he continued on walking as if he didn't hear me or understood English. He was a young Hispanic guy, but I know for sure he speaks fluent English because he is always joking around and talking with his co-workers when I usually pick up my orders here. Any who, I received my order it was ready however when I opened the bag to look at my food the wings were overcooked and nearly burnt to a solid crisp, the food was cold as ice as if my food was sitting there all day, the soda machine for the HI-C was completely out and the minute maid was watered down, the fries were soggy with oil and no seasoning when I requested extra seasoning in my online order. I tried to address the situation yesterday with the manager onsite, but he was unpleasant himself and appeared to be irritated as if I was inconveniencing him, so I left. I am not satisfied with the service I received, and I did put in a complaint with corporate. I hope they resolve this matter as soon as possible. I am upset because I spent $31.56 for disgusting food. I will not patron this location anymore let alone Wingstop if this is not resolved, and if I'm not followed up with a resolution to this.

I get wings here on the regular, typically boneless of all flavor varieties. The fries are typically average, sometimes crispy, sometimes not. Wings are typically adequately sauced, and you’re usually not shorted by a little wing boy.  Last night I wanted to try the Atomic wings with my usual Mango Habanero and Garlic Parmesan both of which slap in terms of flavor. That was a mistake. The flavor of the Atomic I had no qualms with, ghost pepper flavoring has a particular bitterness to it that I don’t mind. Not the spiciest I’ve ever had, I’d compare it to Buffalo Wild Wings’ Wild flavor. But now I’m fighting for my life on the toilet 12 hours later having the atomic experience through an orifice I intended not to taste wings through.  TLDR: great sauces, average fries, the ranch is bomb, but boy does my b—hole hurt from the atomic sauce.

The chicken sandwich is the way to go, as long as you order it with sauce! Just be aware that it will likely be messy.

I stopped during a lunch break to grab a chicken sandwich quickly. The sandwich was fine, but it took them fifteen minutes to give it to me. I scarfed it down as fast as I could, and made it back to work with one minute to spare.

My first time trying and I liked! My daughter had the BBQ wings, and my sister had the lemon pepper dry rub wings.  My daughter also had the fries as well, and Everything tasted great!

Wings are so small and I wanted them wet and they are dried up. Not fresh seemed like leftovers. Fries filled half of the plate. Everything cold when I arrived. Don't waste your money!

Placed an online order at 7:59p, I got at 8:16p and there was a young black girl working the register wearing no uniform just a purple hoodie, said “it was coming up.” I politely waited until 8:41p to receive 10 wings. When I asked for bbq sauce she told me $1.49 with an attitude. Asked her to refund me since she was being petty after I waited an extra 20 mins, then she got mad and walked off. The customer service there is so terrible. Seems like they hire anyone with bad attitudes.

Terrible staff WORST STAFF N CINTI,OH. AVOID ALL WINSTOPS they hve become a BIG JOKE. They move around workers that NEED TO B FIRED. ALSO winstop workers GET MAD WHEN U the ordering customer ask for your wings N certain way. We love X X TRA crispy Louisiana rub wings. They use to cook them CORRECT & FRESH ALLLL the time a few yrs ago. Nowwwww winstop is a JOKE. WORST WING SPOT N greater Cinti,OH area. Alllll there workers R Rude & need chick fila training. Cause they R ALL TERRIBLE. Turning away good paying customers by boat load... Owners & shareholders & upper management BETTER CHANGE there hiring & training & operating PROCESS CAUSE WINSTOP N CINTI,OH SHIP IS SINKING FASTTTTTT. Will B closed soon cause it's ran TERRIBLY.. FROM TOP to bottom

As far as Wingstops' wings? there actually are not bad for a quick meal, There's a Nice variety of seasonings/flavors and in My opinion actually kinda pricey & over-rated BUT! ...the Wingstop located near me at Winton & Galbraith has the slowest Service imaginable. And there consistently Slow. If it's the weekend, be ready to order online, receive a confirmation, and Still possibly be told "Your order didn't come thru-so youll need to reorder" Customers were livid behind me with similar issue's. Come On Wingstop! I know it's just wings ..but Do Better.
