This place is awful! I went in with issues with my birth control and the dr told me to just take ibuprofen after i requested a different form of birth control. Now i'm being billed $140 dollars for it! I have insurance and my insurance covers visits to this clinic, however, I will never go back here! AWFUL!

Terrible. They will charge you every way they can find how and then will. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. Don't go here.

For years, they would never update my wife's phone number or address, and would call me to confirm her appointments.  My wife got a $50 bill through collections today, because they were sending the bills to the wrong address and decided not to call.  When I called them, the level 1 receptionist forwarded my call to level 2 billing, and level 2 said they don't make calls, level 1 does, and this was our fault, not theirs.  This is a true story and it really just happened.

I will never go back to WHF.  I went in with a problem, and after seeing a doctor he sent me to get a blood test done.  According to other medical professionals, I should've been sent home to fast for the tests. I never got a call back from the doctor, and two nurses called with polar opposite results from the same test.  So I still have the same problem; now I just have less money.

I was new to the Milwaukee area and needed to go to a provider through my WPS insurance for a pain in my lower abdomen. Due to convenience, I chose to go to the Wisconsin Health Fund. The doctor was nice, but after racking up over $1,000 in bills, didn't have a clue as to what could be wrong. He continued to point me in directions which meant more money, something I couldn't afford. Both times I called reception, they were less than helpful and short. Seems like a lot of people working here don't enjoy their jobs, let alone good customer service.
