This is the second car I have bought from this dealership. Reed James has sold me both and has proven to be very informative and trustworthy. In this instance, my car had been totaled and I was uncertain of the process of paying off one loan and obtaining another. There are so many steps to take with the insurance, financing company, and with the dealership itself. Reed has made this process easy and stress free. Plus, I have a beautiful new Malibu to drive! I am very pleased with the quality of the cars I have bought and the service at Wood Motor is exceptional!

Service department is fantastic, they get you’re vehicle in and out quick and they make sure everything is running perfect! Salesmen are all nice and freindly great place to go if you’re looking for a Chevy.

Super happy with the customer service and my new Rouge. Jacob found the vehicle I wanted and in the price range I needed. Jacob, John, Donnie and Reed all helped me and I am so grateful.

Took my 2016 Juke to Wood Motor to check out a suspicious noise. The car needs a new transmission, but I was treated courtesly and professionally. They arranged for a replacement car while my car is being repaired under the warranty. They made what could have been a stressful experience much easier to handle.
