We spoke with a sales person in regards to a car posted on their website. I was quoted a price and setup a test drive. I told the salesperson that we had the funds and all we needed was to confirm the car was reliable. I received a text from the sales guy at 6:01pm asking if I was still going to make my appointment the next morning and I replied at 6:03 letting him know the funding was secure and we would be there to finalize. He replied "Perfect, I just got done test driving it and everything was fine. See you guys tomorrow morning". We called to confirm at 8:30am because the car had been removed from the web site and was informed the car sold the night before. To me that is poor customer service. Someone could have informed us the night before when they sold the vehicle instead of us making a 40 minute drive to find out it was sold.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people fit the stereotype of a crooked car salesmen perfectly. I would not recommend doing business with them. They sold my husband a truck that needed a new transmission and motor. They did not disclose that the truck needed theses repairs and when notified 3 days after the purchase they were less that help in righting the problem. So if you like dealing with dishonest people with no regard for the safety of people and their children this is the place for you.

Wow! What can I say about the team at Everett. Great people! From the moment we arrived, Tim Cheney gave us top notch service. I was a bit scared to go through the car buying process, but Tim made it an enjoyable experience. He was extremely detailed and walked me through each step. I was sure that I was getting the best deal possible working with Tim. I love my new Camaro! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Do not expect a fair offer on your trade-in. They made it very clear that if they don't make an overwhelming profit, they do not want your business. The offer they gave us was insulting and we knew we didn't have a perfect trade-in but we did know what a fair price was based off of several sources and the local market. It was a very disappointing experience.

Went to look at a truck that I found online for 33k. Show up and already been approved by capital one to buy. Had my email to show. Problem is salesman had no intentions on honoring online price. Never could find out actual sales price. Just that it wouldn't be 33k and was looking more like 45k because I didn't have a trade in. You're right bud. I did have 6000 for down payment though. Matt Head was the salesman that couldn't sale
