They don't guarantee their work. Once they "fix" your vehicle, you are on your own. 2 star review is for them providing me a loaner. Also didn't notice but after they put my interior back together my rear heater, the fragile plastic hinges broke. I didn't notice till a month later. I don't sit in the back of my car. Recommendation is, if your vehicle is under warranty use it to its max, otherwise don't waste your money here cause once they say they fix the issue. You drive off, they will just tell you, you are on your own.

I normally do not write reviews but I had to for this one! If you are looking for a luxuary vehicle AND the incomparable service with it, look no further! This is THE place to be! Stephanie was my Sales person and she was so gracious and went above and beyond from the moment I was looking for a vehicle to the moment we received it. Her entire team was phenomenal! Stephanie, Phil, Matt, and Anna assisted me so much and did everything they could to get me into my dream BMW and they did it! I am thankful for their amazing customer service. I am an individual who is all about customer service and this is the place to get that and more! Thank you so much for all the help from your dealership and team. I look forward to more future business with you all AND this will be the only place I will keep coming back to my BMW and future BMW's. Thank you!

Great group of people to work with. A couple of weeks ago I bought a new car from them and they were more than helpful and really took their service to the next level. Would highly recommend doing business with this group. Great experience!

I've bought 4 cars at Superior, and I have always had an awesome experience! They are great when my car is being serviced. This is the best place to purchase a new or used vehicle.
