I arrived a few minutes after 8:00 on a Thursday morning, took a number, (5), and waited while #4 was served.  Took just a few minutes to be called.  The lady at the counter was very pleasant and the process to renew my license and get the federally mandated ID was quick and easy.  Took probably under 15 minutes from opening the entry door to out the exit.  Easily the least painful DMV experience ever.

I arrived at 8 am to renew my driver's license.  No sooner did I take a number that it was called! The entire process went very smoothly as I was prepared with my application completed beforehand.  The clerk was so nice & always had a smile. I was in & out of there in less than 15 minutes!

Went last week to the new Woodburn location for the first time.  One lady working on a Monday morning.  I was twentieth in line.  Went shopping for an hour and a half then came back and still waited another thirty minutes.  There were two workers by then.  My transaction took one minute...cash for new tags.  

Fastest dmv ever!  Moved up from Salem where a simple transaction at dmv was always an hour or more of my day.  I drive 15 miles out of my way to go to this dmv because it is always fast compared with other options.  If you're not a moron (think one star reviews) and have your paperwork ready, they're always fast and as pleasant as one can expect from government employees.
