I had spent a night there and it was awesome. Nice and friendly people and good and clean room. There was a big gate at the entrance that they close during the night. So your car and everything is save. Totally worth to go especially there.

At first, i gave this hotel 5 stars, but i had to update my review. The last 2 times i was there, the fire alarm went off at 3am for 20 MINUTES, and it was the loudest alarm i have ever heard, even after plugging my ears it felt like they were unplugged, that's how loud it was.
Then i asked an employee why the alarm went off, he told me it was a wiring problem.
It was annoying the first time, but my family and i dealt with it, mistakes happen, i gave these guys the benefit of the doubt.
But i went back a week later and exactly at 3 am it happened AGAIN, then there was no doubt in my mind that the managers knew it was gonna happen again and made the decision to accept customers anyway.

I feel so bad for my parents who were there both times, especially my mom, who has heart problems and gets really sick if she doesn't get enough sleep.

Note to the managers : 
This was totally unacceptable, if you knew in advance this was gonna happen, you should have closed down the hotel and fixed it.
Or you could have let the customers know in advance and slashed the price by half, i'm sure you still would have found customers.
And at least the senior customers with disabilities wouldn't have had to rush downstairs at 3am, they simply would have chose not to sleep there if they had known.

This was poor management, my family and i will never come back.

Excellent place to stay, except they charge you for clean towels.  They don't clean your room.  You have to make sure you have extra towels with you and a Broom to sweep your room.  Stayed there for 8 nights.  Other than that the rooms are comfortable.

Location has about 6 months in business. Basic accommodation which includes full size refrigerator, large microwave, kitchenette with sink and two burner stove. Location had none of the complimentary details such as continental breakfast, shampoo samples, coffee and coffee maker. Also no iron or ironing board. Local access to channels and one premium channel. Hotel located in a semi industrial area and under development. Charging practice are credit card number held for incidentals. Hotel charges for accommodation upfront. Front desk has limited staff and hours.

The rooms are very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking lot is well lit. I feel safe there because your room key is the only way to access the building. Stayed there twice, and will go back again!!
