Dirty hotel first and foremost. But there’s more. After 3 weeks there I was asked to leave because I had to call the police. Plus I was charged for LOCAL CALLS. Bree was nice and the other desk attendant was pretty nice but the manager just doesn’t care. READ ALL THE REVIEWS. I would sleep in the woods before I would return here. The fact they remove crime VICTIMS is simply astonishing. The “FREE WIFI” was SLOWER THAN SPRINT. Look at my pictures. The final complaint is the driveway to the hotel had a considerable amount of trash. Why don’t they clean that up? You see that immediately upon pulling in the lot and you never get a second chance to make a good first impression.

It's like you're entering a prison after 10pm there isn't even a desk person on staff as the metal roller is down over the counter. We made a reservation online but when we got there they did not honor it because is was made after 10pm. This was not mentioned when we made the reservation. We never made it to the room so we can't really say how they looked but this was an overall bad experience. Staff, when they did show up were clearly unhappy and ignorant. 0 stars

Who ever works at the front counter (I think her name is Brianna)is one of the rudest people i've ever talked to. Was going to book my room here for my show but going somewhere else.  Nice hospitality

Good place to stay if you need a room. Grounds are well kept and workers are all friendly. Would stay here again if needed.

You get what you pay for.  In this case I wasn't willing to purchase a cleaning package, linen package, nor cookware/dishes.  So I has a basic hotel room with no services.  I was fine with my choices inside my room.  I was not fine with a hotel not keeping common areas clean.  The staff took no pride in keeping hallways, stairways, and exercise facilities clean.  This is a pet friendly facility with multiple adults and families, all common areas are hotel responsibilities.  Health and welfare are more important than saving money.
