Honestly this location is a great place to stay , I have stayed here multiple times and enjoyed every time only thing I didn’t like was the door handle in the lobby was loose but it’s fixed. The lady at the front desk was very nice her name was Teanna even though I know I could be a pain in the butt she kept her composure and helped me with everything I needed help with. Looking forward in booking rooms in the future.

This place is absolutely great! Great staff and well managed. Bryan the manager is a great and funny person. Would stay here again when back in town

When I first moved to Ohio at the end of January, we didn't have an apartment yet so we ended up staying here for a month and a half. The place was very quiet, clean and we're close to a lot of stores. The location is perfect. Even though this hotel is next to the highway, its so quiet you would never know. Let's fast forward to now in November. Every now and then my husband and I like to have a stay away from home and we go to this hotel. When I say it's nothing like it was before. The upkeep of the rooms has fallen drastically, you can smell weed at all times. There's drunk people inside and outside of the hotel all the time. It's noisy at all times of the night and people leave their room doors open by using the latch. I'm guessing they don't want to use their key or maybe it's for other people to get in I don't know. Management really needs to step and do something. This has become a ghetto MOTEL in a nice area.

The absolutely the worst hotel I ever been to the manager was extremely rude after we had a reservation since December and said a water line broke and had to cancel the room and tried to call us that day as we drove 6 hours to get here then would not help with getting any other room and would not pay for any hotel over what we paid for this one and said we are basically screwed and out of luck. What kind of service are your runnjng. if this the type of managers you having running these hotels I would suggest just sleeping in the car. He gave us his card like what the hell we gonna do with that. His Brian foster I would suggest a new manager

Worst place I have ever dealt with. I felt like I was in the twighlight zone it was so bad. We didn't even make it I to our room before we changed our minds and asked for a refund so we could leave. It was insane. It was the "non smoking floor" but smoke was in the air heavy. Sounded like whole families were partying in the rooms from the hall and there were 2 pitbulls that charged at my husband and then came running into the hotel towards me. The guy holding the leashes could barely control them. It was just the most ridiculous night. The girl at the front desk was mouthing off to a guest that had stayed in one of the rooms that was charged extra days that they didn't stay and it got ugly. Super unproffesional. Supposedly they fired her the next day. Who knows.
