Story

We are a family fitness center here to help you comfortably get started on your way to a better, healthier you.


The Workout Club has been located in Marshfield Center for 20 years. We are open 7 days per week and most holidays. Memberships are broken down into two different types depending on your personal fitness goals. Weight-room/Cardio and Full Facility/with Classes. We have discount programs with Tufts and you can check with Harvard Pilgrim and Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurances to see if they have a fitness reimbursement for your plan.



We offer approximately 45 multi-level classes per week. The newest classes include Zumba, Insanity and Advanced Core training. We also have a full spinning program, several cardio and toning classes. (see schedule)



Our weight-room is set up with Nitro Nautilus, Hammer Strength, various free weights and training equipment. It is very user friendly and gives you great results. Our cardio area is equipped with Stairmasters, treadmills, ellipticals, etc.. All memberships purchased for a month or more entitles you to a personal train with one of our Certified Personal Trainers to set you up on a training program. This helps you get started on your way with proper form and an understanding of how important strength training is.
