The office staff was very courteous regarding setting up the date and time of the appointment. They called multiple times to keep me informed regarding Luke's arrival time.  I like the company's use of technology for photography, communication and billing purposes! Luke (and Peter) were very personable, respectful, and professional from the moment they walked in the door. I had a pump installed in my basement along with many pipes being reconfigured.  Luke explained how the pump worked in detail and he asked if I had any questions.  They both were careful with cleanliness and cleaned up at the end of the job. It is obvious they both take pride in doing a great job for Wyatt Works.  I would recommend Wyatt Works  for any of your plumbing needs!

This was my second time using Wyatt Works for plumbing needs in our 75-year old Shaker house. Josh & trainee, also Josh, were on-time, courteous, and considerate of our home and even two kittens running around underfoot. They fixed the problem we called about after explaining options and costs; also addressed another issue I remembered wanting to fix; and followed up quickly with a second visit when adjustments were necessary. I will use Wyatt Works again.

Update-
Josh Wyatt and his trainee, another Josh, were prompt, thorough, communicative and considerate of the house as well as two kittens running around underfoot. They broke out options and prices, returned with supplies efficiently, and completed the job quickly and successfully.

Update May 2017 - I just relied on Wyatt for another toilet repair; this one we replaced. Luke Wyatt was also extremely polite and thorough in identifying the problem and fix options, and again the work was efficient and successful. Clean-up pristine!

Ben was so helpful! This is the third time I've used WyattWorks and as usual, the service was great. The team always calls ahead to let you know when someone will be out, they send an email with the technician's picture, so you know who will be at your door, and they explain all investigated/known issues before getting to work. Ben was friendly, efficient, and made some great suggestions for some future projects I could do to protect my plumbing in the future. For a young home owner with a century house, it's just the kind of help I need! I highly recommend WyattWorks and their staff!

A friend recommended Wyatt Works to us. We had more than one thing that needed to be done. Chad Eddy was great. He gave us a list of options and prices that helped us make a decision that was right for us.  He did great work in a timely manner.

I was very pleased that WyattWorks was able to get here within a very short period of time.  It was a Saturday and I was a little concerned that I wouldn't be able to get service.  And Benjamin completed the work efficiently and gave me some needed advice about future work.  He was very helpful!
