My room was clean but the halls and elevator wasn't. The laundry room had lots of mildew in one washer and the cleaner one took nearly two hours to complete. The staff had friends hanging out talking at the desk and parking lot until after 1am. And while the pillows were great, the bed was as soft as granite. 😐 The breakfast was literally only cereal and packets of oatmeal. There are better options for $10/night more

This place is a dump. Room was dirty. Like trash on the floor and closet. Black specks of something on the sheets in addition to short curly hairs( use your imagination) also on the sheets. Front desk told us to change the sheets when we call to let front desk know she told us to change them ourselves and refused to switch rooms for us or clean it. This is after being on the road for 16 hours. Never again will we stay at a Wyndham property if this is what their brand represents. Be warned. Stay away. Save your cash. It's not worth the headache. Plenty of other hotels to chose from case by.

Great hotel, especially for the price! Super clean and nice. Booked through a travel website and when I got there they hadn't sent my reservation to the hotel so they didn't have any record of my reservation and Leslie was so helpful and sweet and apologetic (even though she obviously had nothing to do with the matter). She got me in as fast as possible and maintained such a good attitude even though she said that company had been forgetting to send them reservations all day which made her job much harder. Would definitely recommend!

Checked in about an hour ago and there was a misunderstanding about my room (I needed it away from an elevator because I'm a light sleeper). The problem was quickly and pleasantly fixed. Room is very clean and has better coffee staples than most hotels in this price range ( I adore coffee and there is Wolfgang singles so I'm happy). Also the staff was friendly and engaging with my entire family, they really make you feel like a guest instead of just a customer. Would highly recommend.

Wow, what a disappointment! This place is filthy! I did not even want to touch the top of the coffee pumps because of how dirty they were. Everything needs cleaning! Upon checkout, I was given a receipt with my name and room number on it and SOMEONE ELSE'S credit card info on it. That's not at all comforting! And insult to injury, they paid $11 less a night than I did! When I went back to the front desk to straighten out my receipt, one clerk rolled her eyes and walked away, the other, a man was really rude to me. I even interrupted him and said ''Really? Is this how you are going to treat me?" And he have me a death glare. What a miserable lot. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The best part of our stay was the delicious beef brisket sandwiches that we got from the restaurant next door, Naaman's Championship BBQ! Wow, was it ever delicious! Best meal we've had on the road in two weeks by far! We will stop at this exit again as we drive through here twice a year, but we will not be staying here again.
