After booking with another hotel on our road trip home only to be disappointed when we arrived we forfeited cancellation fee and looked for another hotel in the area. Tired and frustrated we were happy to find the Regency Inn & Suites, friendly and welcoming The lady at front desk ( I believe may have been owner) gave us a great price on a two night stay. The hotel from lobby to rooms was the cleanest and most comfortable we have stayed in our two month road trip. The Regency Inn & Suites will be on our list of great places to stay. Thanks

I may be picky with this, but.....
-ancient coffee yuck. Hoping for better in morning.
-Blankets are like old fleece 
-Needs remodeling
-Nobody ever at front desk need to ring a bell and just wait awhile
-place smells musky

Good thing was all the cable channels work but the internet is really bad. Very weak signal, did not work for us.

This is a very home like hotel. All staff are kind and always have a smile. The upkeep is very good in the rooms and on the motel in general. There is a fridge and microwave in the rooms and the bathroom was very clean. I would recommend this to anyone!

#1 the maid did not vacuum or even change bed sheets.  We watched her clean the rooms since we were stuck in the hotel for 7 hours with nothing else to do.  Luckily we brought our own sheets from home to use.  #2 the second floor by the coke machine smelled of rotten eggs everyday.  #3 the shower had black mold in it.  #4 the "deluxe" continental breakfast was anything but deluxe.  Frozen sausage biscuits, 3 boiled eggs, 3 packets of oatmeal, no fruit, and miniature honey buns.  I would not recommend this hotel.
