The rooms are average, but clean. Cable/satellite system needs work. There are no major Network channels available. ABC, CBS, FOX, or NBC are ALL UNAVAILABLE.   Housekeeping staff is nice and  courteous. The biggest downfall is the front desk staff. They are very nice at the beginning of your stay. But as the days passed, they tend to get argumentative, defensive, and plain rude when talking to them. One day I had over slept and I needed to pay for the next day. I called the front desk and told them that I will be down shortly to pay. Not even ten minutes later, someone from the front desk was at my room knocking. I opened the door, and without hesitation, or any kind of conversation whatsoever. This person just started threatening to call the police if I didn't pay or check out. I knew I was late. And I had called them to let them know that I am sorry, I over slept, and will be down shortly to pay. They had no intention of working with me if I had needed them to. (Which I didn't) They were just very rude and mean. And threatening me and my family over and over again with a call to the police. My wife was in awe. And my kids scared to death, (they are little, and thought they were all going to jail because this mean man at the door was threatening to call them. Anyway, other than that, decent hotel. They will be hearing from my attorney however.

Very quiet. Peaceful. Newly remodeled rooms. Big television. Great wifi. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff. Really had a nice stay. Only spent one night. The price was reasonable. Had a great time.

This place was horrible! The rooms were dirty, the beds and pillows hard, the blankets had stains and burn holes, the tub looked dirty, and the towel I was going to use to dry off with had a little skeleton of a german roach stuck to it. The breakfast the next morning was nonexistent I have no idea what they called that display. If I had known how bad this place was I would have payed the extra money to stay at the Wyndham Gardens across the street. The Red Roof Inn we stayed at in Kentucky was very nice which is why we chose them again but we will not choose them again! If I could choose no stars I would!

Mold mushrooms in vents. Most disgusting room I have ever stayed in.. expect way more from RR but this is a franchise and the owners have let this place run down. Don't give them your money. Continue to Little Rock and stay at the south location... Couldn't even take a shower here. Expect a refund or will be doing a chargeback

I Do not recommend this place  very dirty, filthy room, torn blankets and sheets asked for a non smoking room and room smelled like if it was a smoking room. Worst experience will never stay there again.
