She did not really do what I wanted her to do. I sent her a picture and everything. When I said this isn't what I wanted, she said give it a few days to loosen. I also paid way too much for cornrows in the front and box braids in the back, but I understood because everybody is making money somehow. This what I get for not going to my regular person. Will not be going back.

My name is Monic. I've been going here since 2011. I went today again to get my hair braided. They have always done a great job. Very friendly people. I always feel apart of the family there. Yandeh and all her sisters are the sweetest. They always fit me in quick also.

Two women worked on my hair the lady who did the front was perfect. On the other hand the lady in the back was sloppy and unprofessional. I'm very disappointed. I've been crying all day. They are very expensive and I saved up my money for a while just to get this style. I hate the back of my head the parts are huge and the braids in the back are are 6 inches shorter than the braids in the front. I called them 5 times today to get them to fix it. I was told to send pics. Then she said she got them but she will look at them later because she's going out of town. I'm so embrassed about the way the back looks. I just want them to fix the part that is not uniform. I can't even get them to look at the pics and return my call. I feel like I got scammed for 220. I don't want my money back. I just want what I paid for.

The ladies were nice and they got me in quick. But they didn't care about my hair or what I wanted and they didn't do a great job. I ended up looking like I had a bad wig on my head and I cried for days.

I had a great experience, they were able to get me in very quick. i tried a new style and it's working for me :) i will recommend and return
