Stacey has created an amazing space that is filled with warmth, natural lighting and teachers that are so welcoming. I truly enjoyed my class and surroundings. Stacey is so willing to share her immense yoga and healing expertise with you. I highly recommend checking Blue Nyla out! Thanks for welcoming me so warmly.

I tried yoga many times in my life but it never clicked until I found Blue Yoga Nyla. I love the welcoming atmosphere and the classes that range from restorative to very challenging Are You Kidding Me on Wednesday nights is so, so good for a really challenging practice!. There are always new student specials!

BYN has been my yoga sanctuary for about 6 years and it’s life-changing. I love this place so much. I love the class and teacher variety and the accessible class times for people who have to work 9-5.
