At AFA, you're not just another number walking through the door, you're a friend, a workout partner, and a motivator. It's "personal training" on another level. Jim is the best I've ever seen at evaluating every individual and customizing workouts to fit their specific needs. He understands how the body functions and moves as a whole and what needs to be done to keep it strong and healthy for life's every day activities.

Arkansas Fitness and Athletics is one of the most wholistic health and fitness experiences you can find in Little Rock. They use advanced methods to prepare you for life or sport. Plus it's semi-private, meaning your workouts will be tailored for your personal goals while also being with a group that encourages you along the way. And, the price is a fraction of what it costs to use a personal trainer at a big box gym.

Jim Eckhart is an AMAZING trainer. the workouts are intense, time efficient and he has a talent of identifying and correcting functional issues. I love training with him and it is cool to know your trainer was on American Ninja Warrior (2013, Denver regionals and Denver Finals). Its a great group of people, and such an encouraging environment. I am almost 50 and feel better than i have in 20 years.
