Clean, safe environment. This location is open and staffed 24 hours a day. Well lit parking area outside their door. Great selection of equipment. Fitness instructors who are knowledgeable are available. Victor wrote up an individualized fitness plan for me.

Not full of lunkers. Equipment is clean and maintained. Trainers available. No one rushes you on equipment.

Inexpensive. Friendly staff. Equipment in good condition and up to date. A place where you can body build or just get sculped and toned & do cardio. Great hours.

I've been a member for over a year now, with a Lime membership, which gives me free access to any classes and one free guest (usually my husband or neighbor). The huge bay of machines and extensive free weight area works great for me--every piece of equipment I would ever use, kept clean and in great condition, and hardly ever a wait for them. The classes are great too. For my husband and me it's very worthwhile.
