I belong too that gym Gym is to crowded equipment old & broken not very clean But...!!! Most of ALL!!! That music they play hard rock as lowed as hell in the front area for the training session it's rude for the other gym members that WE don't have a choice but hear it

This is a good place to workout, staff is nice and friendly, equipment is in fairly good condition, however often times machines are broken, but for most workouts theres more then 1 so its not too much of an issue. My only big complaint is that this gym gets far too packed between 5 and 8 pm.. if this is the time you plan on working out I DO NOT recommend you coming to this gym. It's so crowded I literally just feeling walking out sometimes, if you come in at any other time it's fine.

The facility itself is quite nice, and I really enjoyed the wide array of different types of classes I attended while I was a member. BUT: Because I moved to another state, I did have to cancel my membership. I'm afraid I'm in the midst of having a very difficult time cancelling (not continuing to be charged for the past 3 months and perhaps more depending on the actions or inaction of the manager). I would advise being certain you get a physical copy of the receipt if ever you cancel (I made the mistake of taking the employee who "processed" my cancellation at his word-- my mistake), or you may find yourself in my position-- continuing to be charged months after having been informed that you have cancelled your membership and should therefore no longer be charged for your membership. At this point it's just getting silly... and infinately more frustrating that I can't get this settled : ( I think it would be good business-practice to refund my money for the months I've been charged for post- "cancelation" -- but I can't even get assurity that I won't be charged in the future. . . please, learn from my mistake!

Wi-Fi never works, or if I have to be precise, works 5 days out of the month. Also if you are unable to visit outside of their busy hours, it's almost impossible to workout. The place gets way too crowded. There are no machines or benches available. A lot of those people come in big groups and take turns on certain spot, refusing to share, makes it almost impossible to use it for an hour. Some of them get way too loud and annoying... Besides all that, the staff is nice and they keep it always clean.

They know how to charge u but don't want to keep it open till 10,they tell u when you're already there.there is website to notify people for that not just a piece of paper on the counter
