My family and I have all been going to YouFit for around five years now, and we've all been working towards being more healthy and in shape because of it. Most recently, my wife and I enrolled in the Fitness Challenge, which we've both worked on every day to really help us stay active. The staff is all extremely friendly and personable, and we've gotten to know so many of them fairly well. I'd definitely recommend this gym to any and everyone looking for a good workout.

Thank you to Josh Wilson for being so patient and understanding with continued rehabilitation of my husband who suffered a stroke. They have a great bond . Josh has great knowledge of what the body requires to get strong and function again.

Nice quiet gym.  I'm not in very good shape, and I feel very comfortable here.  Other people working out are very friendly and helpful.
