The Service department is open Monday through Saturday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.505-888-4510 Closed on Sundays. We are NAPA and AAA certified and approved.

Story

Zia Autos has been in business selling vehicles now since 1990! We carry over 100 vehicles in stock for you to choose from. When you come to Zia Autos to purchase your vehicle, we are as transparent as they come. Unlike other places that tell you they ran some 60 point inspection, we actually SHOW it to you with the mechanics notes! Whenever we get a vehicle in that we are going to sell, it goes through an aggressive paint, body, and frame check. Then it's available for you along with an AutoCheck and CarFax report. You will see our full service repair ticket for any vehicle that Zia Auto has for sale.

My car-buying experience with Zia Auto Wholesale went about as smoothly as it could. I did not finance through them, so cannot speak to their efficiency in that area, but the purchase transaction was handled quickly and efficiently. The staff (Davin, Tim, and Erik) whom I dealt with were all courteous and professional, and there was no sales pressure. The car had been taken good care of through their own garage and had been detailed beautifully, so not only did it run smoothly, it was extremely clean. I will highly recommend Zia in the future!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Zia Motors. the people are friendly and thorough. The salesman, Davin, was patient and allowed me time to think and covered all the questions I had plus brought up many other vehicle related facts of which I would never have thought. i would recommend that anyone, whatever your car knowledge, check with Zia if purchasing a used car. Reliable, trustworthy and a good deal at a good price. AND they stand by the the vehicles they sell. A bright spot in the used car industry.

Zia has always done great work for us. If I need a ride to work or if we need the car in a hurry they make every effort to get us taken care of. I refer all my friends to Zia because they do a great job explaining the issues and dealing with what needs to be fixed, all at great prices.

This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Zia auto. First time was not great, nor was the second. They do sell nice vehicles however the staff lacks any sense of urgency. My jeep had a leak in the moon roof. I had called and spoke with the mechanic dept whom forgot about my request to check this issue 2 different times. The first time I got it back, it was still leaking, the second time they finally fixed it after numerous calls to ensure it was corrected. The employee Alex seemed to consistently forget what needed to be completed on my car. He stated someone would call me back over and over but I did not receive any follow up. We put down a pretty large down payment and expected follow up on a regular basis. When we did get it back, the sun roofs lining surrounding it was full of oil, dirty and stained. To be honest, this was just one of the issues we had. I would not recommend this place to family or friends.

Good service. These guys definitely listened when I told them what I was looking for. Patient salesman, so I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy. Standard 3000 mile warranty on most vehicles. The service provided when you return for repairs or check engine lights could be better.
