Horrible customer service. Made me be "approved" before test drive even took place. Once I did the transmission on the jeep didn't work nor the turn signals. Then was told I wasn't approved anymore that I needed to reapply and that I needed more money then what was originally told for down payment. The jeep went from $11,000 to $14,000 within two weeks. Came up with the money jeep still wasn't fixed. Gave the run around for almost a month. To be told "stop calling the jeep with be done when it's done". Called and left two voicemails with the owner. No calls back.

Albuquerque Auto Outlet and their staff helped me get into a reliable vehicle and begin to build my credit as a young man. They gave me and opportunity and the relationship has been great since. I have been able to take all of my repairs and services to them with no hassle. I highly recommend stopping buy to look at a vehicle and financing!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. My fiancé and I were trying to finance a car that we were very serious about buying. We had a down payment and were approved and everything, however the old man that helped us was INCREDIBLY rude. After MONTHS of trying to get everything squared away (and the price changing on us 3 times) we had to get a hold of the manager, who also was not the least bit helpful. He apologized for his HORRIBLE staff and said he would personally take over and call us as soon as the car was ready, that this wasn’t the first time his employee had done something like this. After weeks of waiting we finally called back and (unfortunately) got the old man on the phone. After telling him how unsatisfied we were with the customer service, he told us “well with that attitude you will wait until I feel ready to give you the car” and hung up on us!! Honestly I wish I could give this place no stars, the customer service is terrible, I have never been so displeased with anything as I am with this cat lot. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRID AND THEY WONT EVEN SELL YOU THE CAR.

Paul and Julie are great people who want to help someone get where they need to be. They are incredibly flexible and understanding. The car lot has some great cars and the service department is fantastic every time I go.

My sister and I had a great experience here. They staff are beyond nice, the nicest people I've ever met in my life. We were struggling finding a dealership who would help us out with a nice affordable car. We called place after place and they were the ONLY helpful place. Walking into the place ,you get greeted by everyone there , with great smiles. Albuquerque auto outlet is what I recommend to everyone I know. I want to thank them for everything they have done for us, they are extremely helpful.
