Incredible service! We came in expecting to be turned away due to our situation, but the staff worked diligently to get us into a vehicle that would fit our family. Ish took it upon himself to get us more than we thought we'd get for our trade as well. Not only that, but they called a week later because they had found a better interest rate for us! I would not have thought they would do anything once we made our purchase, but they continued to work in our best interest! I recommend this place no matter what you're looking for or your financial situation. Thanks!

UPDATE 8/25/17 @ 5 pm Well, I must say I am very impressed by the response I received from Mark's Casa Chevrolet about my issue. I received a call from Selena, a customer service manager at Mark's Casa Chevrolet immediately after Mr. Tabor posted his response. She has worked there for years, and she remembered me from my visits. She asked me to come in and talk to her about what happened. She resolved the issue in just a few minutes. It turns out they charged me the wrong amount, and she fixed it! So I'm updating this one because of her! She was courteous, efficient, and legitimately apologized for the error. They need more people like her in the department. I was concerned that she would try to pressure me into changing my feedback, but she didn't. She just legitimately wanted to take care of me. In the future, if I ever have problems or questions again, I will go directly to her! So the change in stars is a reflection of her! She ROCKS, and they should hire more people like her. THANK YOU for the support! Thank you Mr. Tabor for having her call me! I appreciate it! ******************************* Original Post - 8/22/17 I wanted to find out why my air conditioning wasn't holding coolant. I dropped it off with the overnight drop box. In the morning, I never received a call to tell me that they had logged my car in or how much the diagnosis would cost. So I called multiple times and was told I would get a call back each time. When I finally received a call back in the afternoon, I was told it would cost over $800 to fix it and still was not told how much the diagnostic cost. When I picked up the call, I told I would have to pay $147.11 to get my car. I never agreed to that fee for the diagnostic and I can't believe they charged me that fee. I feel I was overcharged by the service team for the diagnostic. I have purchased my last two vehicles from Mark's Casa Chevrolet and went there for service. I purchased here because I always felt like I was being treated fairly by the salespeople and the service staff. The service and care for the customer has gone downhill over the last few years. After this experience, I will never utilize the service department again nor will I purchase another car from that dealership.

I'm so beyond ecstatic with my recent purchase from this dealership. My team (Christina, Ish, and Jon Jon) worked for two days to get me out of two vehicles and into one brand new one. My team gave me the best value for my trade-ins, the best incentives, worked with the best credit lenders, and offered me the best vehicle and service package I could get anywhere. My team was able to get me the lowest interest rate and payments that Ive had in over a decade. My team was dedicated to doing what was best for me. That is a bold testament of character for this dealership and it's employees. Thank you to my amazing team of hard-working managers, sales reps and financiers. You guys gave me the best you had to offer. I am FOREVER in your debt. I will forever be a loyal customer at this dealership.

What a SCAM!!!! My friend just took his truck to Mark's Casa for service. He thought the repair would be covered under warranty. He was informed it was not covered by warranty, and that the repairs would cost around $2,100. Took the vehicle to a Mechanic we have dealt with for over 10 years, just got the call that the truck was repaired and that the cost was only $193. That's right $193 to tighten a nylon nut that was most likely not tightened completely at the factory, and perform a wheel alignment. Horrible business practices, just horrible! By the way, my friend is out $127 for the diagnostic fee that Mark's Casa charged as well!

Everybody was very kind and courteous and professional. Best dealership experience I've ever had. And affordable above and beyond all around. Thanks guys you have restored my faith in Auto Sales and service
