I get the most inconsistent service here, sales staff is normally helpful and friendly despite the fact I'm only there for parts and service. The parts department is always friendly though when you catch them tied up on the phone they never acknowledge your presence until they hang up. The service department is difficult to reach on the phone or in person and exhibits the same single focus on the phone that the parts staff does but once you do get to speak with a service advisor they are great in just about every way. Would be 5 stars if the phrase "I'll be with you in moment" replaced the avoided eye contact and silence.

I traded in my old CRV for a new one this month and could not have been more impressed with our salesman, John Motley. He was friendly, courteous, and went out of his way even after the sale to make sure the car was perfect. Everyone we worked with there including the finance department and the general manager were knowledgeable and and very friendly. We never felt pressured and were overall very impressed with their customer service. 5 stars!

We got a brand new Civic here for thousands cheaper than another dealership which had a used model. Zack was very friendly and patient with us.  He is also knowledgeable even though he is a young guy and has a great attitude.  The finance team & Justin were able to get us a really good interest rate as well. They also gave a very fair price for our trade. Great, no nonsense experience overall and I would highly recommend!

Sales man was great in being patient an showing us the cars we were interested in, came down to two choices, time to sit down an go over numbers and was amazed how the sales manager kept insisting he was trying to help us out on a better deal but the numbers said differently, husband spoke up an said it was to much for 84 months! We were ready to negotiate but as soon as my husband said we’d have to pass on the “great deal” and was about to say if we could look at a lower priced car, the manager just put his hand out to shake an said thanks for coming in bye. Just like that we were stunned how much he didn’t care to go over more numbers or even try to sell the car to us at all, we felt strongly he didn’t take us serious in anyway for how young we looked an ethnicity, made us feel like we just couldn’t afford them, in reality we can just didn’t want to pay those kind of prices. We’ve never trusted anyone who bad mouthed other dealers an should have walked away then but we wanted to know the offers to only get one.  Iv read the reviews an nice to see they reply but seems to me it’s an outo reply an doesn’t actually make a difference in what anyone has to say about this location but for feature car buyers hope the reviews help in a decision on coming here, we will never recommend or even consider going back here.

I recently purchased a 2017 Civic from Garcia Honda. Steven A. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all steps of the process. I am so happy with the service I received, and so happy with my new car! I will definitely be returning to Garcia Honda and Steven A. in the future!
