Horrible. The bus driver literally drove past my stop in Fredericksburg, VA and kept going. Then just dropped me off at a gas station 12 miles down the road. Late, smelly, and they stopped at a disgusting Chinese restaurant as our rest stop in MD. It was clear that it was to get us to buy food there, rather than stopping at a normal rest stop. POO MAN CHOO

Very reliable service. They got me from my departure to my destination in a safe but timely fashion. the entire trip was smooth and relaxing. The seats were roomy and comfortable and the bus (including the bathroom) was clean. They also provided trash bags for us besides every seat in the aisles so that we may eat snacks and meals on the bus. Also, we made a stop in a rest area in New Jersey for the bus to fill up on gas. During that time the bus driver allowed us 20 minutes to get out and stretch our legs and grab a quick meal. Other than that, I slept most of the way there with no problems at all.

I would rate this NO STARS if that was an option.Showed up late; got there late. IT'S HORRIBLE!!!!! Newport News, VA to NYC. I purchased tickets for 11/22/11 to leave that evening at 11:30. I showed up a little bit earlier ( @ 10:30 PM) assuming that the bus was on schedule; it didn't show up until 12:48 am!!!!!!!!! And since it was right before Thanksgiving it was PACKED! So we actually didn't leave the parking lot until 1:40 am. All the passengers that were arriving from NYC got off the bus laughing at the all of us that were about to get on the bus saying that the bus kept breaking down and that it smelled very bad on the there and not to be in a hurry to get on. I didn't really pay much attention to what they were saying since I had my 1 year old toddler with me and I was very eager to get on the bus and be on our way. It was so much confusion over tickets and which bus each ticket holder was suppose to get on, seats etc. The bus driver kept saying that another bus was arriving and that some of us were going to have to board that bus. Either way; unfortunately my ticket was for that bus and so I finally boarded the bus and the smell in the bus was the WORST SMELL I have ever smelled in my life. I am not kidding either. It smelled like they NEVER EVER cleaned that bathroom before; not to be gross but it smelled like urine & feces mixed together that was left there and sitting out on a very hot day. It just smacked you in the face. And of course with my luck my ticket assigned me directly beside that bathroom; it was a nightmare. Not one person boarded that bus and didn't mention the smell....Other than the smell (which trust me you couldn't use to it) The ride up there was OK; Thank God the bus didn't break down. We arrived there around 8:30 AM. Finally I just want to add that I am not racist but the Chinese people they have running this are greedy and rude. They just want your money and once they get it they expect you to sit on bus shut your mouth and get off the bus once you have reached your destination. Any complaints you have is "not their problem" and "there's nothing they can do about it." Those are their direct quotes. I wouldn't make this up people. You have been warned......Trust me I understand we all want to save a couple extra bucks.... which you will with taking these buses but its not worth it. I would rather spend an extra hundred dollars and get there comfortably than be miserable the whole way there.
