This company its the badeds bus they don't give a Ffff about people no heat at all temperatures so low and they put us on the road for 3 hour with no heat

I've taken this bus several times and it's really cheap. In the past it was more efficient and on time but the last two times I took it, it was extremely disorganized and not on time. Currently on the NY>Baltimore bus and they sold too many tickets, so not everyone could get on the bus. People were pushing and crowding to get on the bus, something I shouldn't have had to do since I bought my ticket a week ago. There was a fight in the 31st street station where one guy was trying to choke another guy. It's honestly not worth it. Spend a little more money to avoid crazy people, disorganization and the lack of professionalism. Never using this service again.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL... was left stranded in NYC because they filled all the seats before the scheduled depart @ 6:45pm, we got there at 6:30pm, I called and was told the bus was full so it left. I was told I could board the next @ 7:30pm... the bus never showed and I was in the specified pick up zone according to my printed ticket.. Customer service was very rude and hard to understand. I will not be using them again

Worst place ever. Inside stinks, and they don't have a public bathroom. Took the bus after paid and time to enter the bus they let me know I have too many luggage I will have to pay $10 for each. I didn't hi any, they forced to remove my luggage. And return my $20 bus ticket right on spot

We only had a few days in New York and felt the best way to see more was by the tour buses. We chose Big Bus and what a great decision that was. Aaron was my favorite quide, but everybody was helpful and friendly. If we ever go again we would do Big Bus again.
